Main part of error:

  • Could not find a part of the path 'C:\program files\ACT\Act for windows\plugins\iconx2pfw\log\....

Resolution:

  • Go to c:\program files\act\act for windows\plugins\iconx2pfw and create the LOG directory
  • retry the step you were doing in ACT!
