Object Not Defined

Error: "Object not defined.....' when using iConx2
- This occurs when 'Relink' was not run and the iConx2 program cannot 'see' or read your accounting data.
o Method #1 - Log into ACT! - Run iConx2 from the Tools menu - Click on ‘Company Relink’ - Click on ‘Select Company’ · Select the ODBC connection for the company you wish to link o There MUST be a separated ODBC System DSN for each company. · Click on ‘Apply Changes’ o This will take ~ 20 seconds and you will be notified when the updates have completed. · Click on ‘Exit’ - Close iConx2.
o Method #2: - Run Relink.exe from the c:\program files\Act\Act for Win ?\Plugins\iConx2PFW\Data directory. - Click on ‘Select Company’ · Select the ODBC connection for the company you wish to link o There MUST be a separated ODBC System DSN for each company. · Click on ‘Apply Changes’ o This will take ~ 20 seconds and you will be notified when the updates have completed. · Click on ‘Exit’
